In a fast-growing context, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to participate in the development of our unique brands portfolio
(Chopard, Elie Saab and Tommy Hilfiger) & to support sales

POSTE

YOUR DEDICATED MISSIONS

  • Elaborate and implement trade marketing plans with focus on direct to retail clients and major key accounts, working very closely to the
    sales team.
  • Working with the group e-comm team, support the implementation of the e-comm strategy across our 3 brands for pure players
    (Douglas, IPXL, Zalando, Notino, Amazon) and e-reatailers:o Provide trade marketing guidelines and oversee the implementation of all trade marketing activations
    o Build a permanent qualitative visibility (brand page & product pages) and develop the required promotional digital assets
    o Trade plan validation and investments monitoring
    o DAM/PIM project management
    o Product upload management, providing master data and digital assets
    o Exploit any social media/online opportunity within the distributor and retailer network
  • Support the management of the business and operational marketing of the direct own stores of our 3 brands.
  • 360° overview of the new launches while measuring performance of the marketing campaigns implemented; gain insights and assess
    effectiveness against the objectives.
  • Ensure strong brand equity and visibility at the Point of Sale, maximizing the implementation of corporate POSM/merchandising tools;
    define the key principles of the brand retail merchandising and close follow-up of the merchandising and in-store communication
    strategy.
  • Support and coordinate trade events and brands international seminars.
  • Support the team with forecast collect, analysis and reporting

PROFIL

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years’ experience in International Trade Marketing within the Beauty, Fragrance, Cosmetic or Luxury industry
  • A background in trade-marketing role, in retail and/or in a fragrance house would be much appreciated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written
  • Creative & open-minded attitude, willing to take part in the development of a growing organization
  • Strong analytical skills
