A portion of all profits are donated to the Foundations that GBB supports.

The group is the exclusive worldwide partner, under license or other business models, of brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Elie Saab, Chopard, Philipp Plein, Iceberg. The company also acts as incubator of celebrity driven brands, such as Florence by Mills by Millie Bobby Brown, and acts as distributor for other beauty brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Olaplex, and Eilish by Billie Eilish. Give Back Beauty sells its products in over 130 countries through the best retailers and direct-to-consumer.

Give Back Beauty has separate but synergic divisions:

  • Fashion & Luxury, engaged in licensing and global partnerships with fashion and luxury houses for their beauty brands (mainly fragrances) as Chopard, Elie Saab & Tommy Hilfiger
  • Lifestyles, focused on perfume and beauty licensing, distribution, and global partnerships with lifestyle brands, such as Philipp Plein, Iceberg, and Pink Sugar
  • Talents, an innovative beauty brand incubator supporting established and emerging talents and founders to create and develop their brands such as Florence by Mills, by Millie Bobby Brown
  • Dolce & Gabbana, an hybrid distribution partnership with Dolce & Gabbana

In a fast-growing context, we are looking for an International Communication Manager, for our Fragrance Division, to support marketing teams across all brands to drive brand awareness and visibility.

POSTE

  • Establish, manage and execute the global communication brand strategies (online & offline)
  • Act as a key communication interlocutor with distributors, build trust and partner with licensors on their whole communication activities
  • Be responsible for day-to-day editorial requests, media relations, and external communications
  • Manage global / local brand communication agencies

 

Digital

  • Building the relevant digital strategy for each brand, and for new launches and existing lines
  • Social media strategy
  • Originating recommendations for paid media
  • Developing all digital assets
  • Elaborating and implementing the digital toolkit, and supporting adoption by distributors and retailers
  • Defining the relevant touch points with final consumers
  • Consolidating and tracking performance of digital activities

 

Press

  • Develop a PR international plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for every brand
  • Maintain strong relationships with beauty press and other medias
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results regularly
  • Develop PR materials and guidelines

 

Influence

  • Engage audiences across traditional and new media (bloggers, influencers)
  • Define the global influencers strategy and local roll-out in close partnership with markets
  • Identify influence trends and influencers profiles in line with brand universes
  • Develop Influencers materials and guidelines

 

Event

  • Organize and execute major product press launches and special events
  • Accompany local teams in event organization and execution

PROFIL

  • 8 to 10 years of marketing or communications experience with understanding of luxury media and beauty / fragrance industry behavior
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & presentation
  • Combination of creative & strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities
  • A background in digital communication & PR relations in a fragrance house would be much appreciated
  • Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written
  • Creative & open-minded attitude
